Limit characters of dynamic content post title

Hi there, I understand that there is an option to limit characters and words for excerpts in dynamic content like {{dc:post:excerpt length=‘8’ fallback=‘No excerpt’}}. What would it look like if I want wo limit the characters of a dynamic post title?

Regretfully, there is no such option to set the length like excerpt.
