Lighthouse error

Hi, our page is getting a lighthouse error. In gtmetrix and Pingdom we don’t get a result.
In pagespeed we get “time to interactive” of 16s, “speed index” of 12s and all the metrics are quite bad.
Bypassing all the plugins does not solve the issue, the problem stays the same. When I switch to a Wordpress default plugin then it all comes back to normal numbers…

Thanks for reaching out.
The page speed and other specified issues are mostly related to the content,image, scripts used in your site and not related to the theme. Still, I will suggest you take any empty page to check the result and add the content to the same page 1 by 1 and check the result again to understand what exactly causes your issue.
