Lightbox - Thumbnails are displayed twice

I have created several envira galleries. If I click on the gallery and the lightbox opens, the existing images are shown twice in the preview.

Would you mind providing the website details and point us to the section/page where you have added the gallery.
Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • Link to the page/section

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, it seems you added the same gallery on your page twice, would you mind removing the duplicates?

Regarding the error on Content Builder,

  • Clear any caches. An older version of the page could be stored, preventing the builder from loading
  • Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed
  • If you’re using a child theme, try switching to the parent theme to see if that makes a difference. The conflict could be in your customizations.

I have investigated this issue further but I could not replicate this issue. This seems to be a temporary caching issue.

Is it possible to check on a different browser / different computer ?.

I resigned after this answer:

I have now disabled the thumbnail in the lightbox in all galleries. It has to be that way now.

Hi there,

I checked and you have added two EG of the same grid, example, this one [envira-gallery id="3256"].

It’s added on both Bilder accordion item of Desktop section and mobile section. In summary, you have sections on both desktop and mobile, and each contains similar instances of EG shortcodes which makes them a duplicate.

Please use unique EG shortcode for each section meant for different devices.
