I am still having issues with an ilightbox implementation in my theme. The lightbox pops up, but the image in the iframe is way too big—bigger than the window—to the point that I need to use scrollbars to view the whole image. I can’t edit it with css, since it’s inside of an iframe. Any direction?
I had asked in this post, but the person didn’t solve the issue.

We’re sorry if you were given a custom CSS that doesn’t work and haven’t managed your expectations.
Our Lightbox shortcode does not support iframes and any custom HTML. It would require custom development to make the said contents to work inside the lightbox. To continue with your custom setup, you need to forward it to a third-party developer. That is even if we have given custom codes previously. They were only meant to provide some guidance. It’s not feasible to support them or continuously make them work as they are not part of official product features.
Alternatively, you can find or experiment with other lightbox plugins.
