Lightbox- formatting is too large and off-center after update

I’m having an issue with Lightbox after updating X theme after quite some time (issues with hosting provider- all sorted now but it has left our site un-updated for a while). After updating, when I click on the portfolio images, they are now formatted too large for the screen (maybe it used to auto-restrict height to screen size?) and are off center.

They used to look exactly like this: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/responsive-lightbox/#

Now they look like this: (click a picture) https://angeliniarchitects.com/portfolio-item/huron-hills-overlook

Is there code I can put in my html that resizes these and re-centers?

This is the code I’m using: [block_grid_item] [image class=“my-portfolio” src=“https://angeliniarchitects.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/ARB-thumb5.jpg” alt=“House on the Arb at Night” type=“medium” link=“true” href=“https://angeliniarchitects.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/House-on-Arb-Front-Night.jpg” lightbox_caption=“© Jeff Garland Photography”] [/block_grid_item]

Hi @kjensen,

Thank you for writing in, but the shortcode you provided outputs correctly on our dev site, there could be something conflicting the lightbox. Please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Cheers!

Thank you! Jetpack was the offending plugin- I wouldn’t have guessed that. All set now. Thank you for the quick/easy help!

Glad it’s okay now and you’re most welcome!
