The lightbox feature were previously responding. I checked the inspector for the page and came across several error and rendering problem.

Did you just recently setup the caching setting of your site through a plugin because from the looks of it, the error seems to be caused by the minification of the JS codes on your site:
Try to clear your site’s cache or disable the caching plugin you are using. If the errors disappear, you will have to change some settings of your cache plugin in order for it to work on your site.

When I deactivate the cache, the lightbox started working. Now I enable Minifying JS on my caching plug-in, it began to work.
