Lightbox captions with Essential Grid

Hi,

I am working on a Content Gallery Based lightbox grid made with essential grid. I would like each image in the lightbox gallery to have its own caption (maybe the image’s title or meta description). How do I accomplish this? Thanks!

Hello There,

You will have to make sure that the image has its title. In the Lighbox layout, please also make sure that “No Title” is not selected. For more information, please check out this documentation: https://www.themepunch.com/essgrid-doc/lightbox-options/

As you can see in the page I am working on, The caption is only showing on the first image in the lightbox gallery. The caption is also just displaying the post name. I want the caption to show on every image. I also want the caption to be different on every image. How can I do that? Thanks again!

I can see the issue and yes, it is only available on the default image and there’s no settings to enable it on all images on the gallery lightbox. To achieve that you might want to check this instead: https://www.themepunch.com/faq/add-lightbox-image-descriptions-using-jackbox/
