Light-dark() support in color fields

Hello, I wonder if it would be possible to add support for the light-dark() function in color fields across Cornerstone. I know you have to enable color-scheme: light dark; at the :root level, but it would make dark mode creations pretty quick!

What would be even cooler would be to add light and dark mode functionality explicitly in the builder!!
