Light box half broken- plugins already checked with no change

The latest X update (or maybe 5.6 Wordpress?) seems to have half broken the lightbox on our portfolio pages. It brings up the image in light box as desired, but it only lets you scroll over to the next image, never loading another to continue on or go back and forth. The thumbnails that were previously below the lightbox are now gone with a larger cut-off image shown there that doesn’t link to the lighbox.

I deactivated all plugins except Cornerstone and no changes- any ideas? All up to date on Wordpress, plugins, and themes.

This is a known problem with WP5.6

It is not an issue with X.

either downgrade to WP5.5.x or wait for a possible fix from Wordpress

Got it- our hosting auto updates to the latest Wordpress so I suppose we’ll be waiting for a bit to see what happens.
