Licensing problem

Hi there,

Just purchased a new license and linked to harrogatehaus.com but having problems validating. Enter code in WP admin and get following error…

Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

Clicking details gives me nothing - just go back button.

I accidentally purchaed this license via a different Envato account (DNA-Web) and not my own account (riflebird) so maybe this is part of the problem. Ideally, I’d like to transfer this purchase to riflebird but don’t knwo if that’s possible.

Please advise.

Dave

Hey There,

Please provide us with the WordPress admin login credentials so we can look into this and see what is preventing the validation.
