Licensing Issue - Cornerstone

Good afternoon,

I just renewed support. Is this where we go for support?

I loaded the new X theme and the new cornerstone.zip file to the plugins. I had an issue on one of the sites where it wouldn’t take the license and redirected to a site that said " Oh my. It looks like this page has been lost.", the url was https://theme.co/acount/dashboard/.

Anyhow I can’t get cornerstone to work, when I insert the license it says:

You’re almost finished!
Cornerstone is not validated.

When you try to validate it, it says This looks like a brand new purchase code that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue.

You try to login and get that url above that takes you to a bad page.

Please help.

Good morning @ruenel , I am not sure it is a location issue, it still does not work - same behavior.

Good morning again @ruenel, i activated the theme, it bombed out, re-activated twentytwentythree and re-activate x theme and it activated cornerstone. I have a few more to go so I will let you know, so far I’ve had issue with each website doing this.
