Licensing for Staging server?

Hello - I have a URL that I’m using for our site currently. We are rebranding and have set up a second URL. I’ve added that new URL as the staging server. However, when I load wordpress on the staging server it says the code is already in use?

A staging Key and live key would be a great to have both stages validated.

Please make sure that you are trying to validate the staging staging URL with corresponding purchase code.

In case problem is still there, please share admin login details of website in question via secure note for us to take a closer look.
