Licenses - revoking issue

Hi, I have a website set up for a client, and he wants to transfer his hosting over to me (the problem is that the backup system never worked on his current site so the only backup I can do is a manual backup of his files). I have his files all copied over to a subdomain for now, and need to activate the Pro Child theme.

I figured the best way to go about it is to revoke access to a personal site we haven’t yet build, and use that license key…but it’s not working. I’ve tried using the subdomain (http://owsrailcar.collects-it.com) in the revoked license, and tried it as just a staging site in the current license. Neither works.

Any idea?

Hi Tina,

Would you mind mentioning what error you get when you are trying to validate the license? Also, please make sure that you updated the domain associated with the license in your licenses page.
