License won't validate

My license won’t validate using the purchase code I was given when I purchased the X theme. This is the third or fourth X theme license I’ve purchased, and all of the others validated correctly. What’s going on??

Yes, I could confirm the issue but I can’t get the details of the error. There is an internal server error upon validation. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?
