License won't validate in admin screen

Hello,

I updated to the latest version on my Website of X. I haven’t used my license that was bought in 2017. I tried to enter it in and the page just goes to a blank page. If I validate through cornerStone, it times out.

Can you assist?

Hi Sean,

Thank you for writing in, I have checked the site you listed below but it seems it’s not using X. Please follow these steps.

  • Navigate to Appearance > Themes
  • Check if X theme is installed, and check its version, it should X 6.5.5.
  • If not, please delete your current X version and reinstall it. You can download the latest version here.
  • After you reinstall the X theme, please activated it.
  • Then navigate to Plugins panel and deactivate and delete your Cornerstone.
  • Then navigate to X dashboard, X will prompt to reinstall the Cornerstone, that should reinstall the latest version of Cornerstone on your site.
  • After that, you can now validated your X license under X > Validation.

If that did not work, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
