License Validation: Website is correctly specified in License Panel, but getting error

Dear ThemeCo Support Team,

my client has successfully managed to transfer the website with X-Pro to the live environment.
However, the license is not validated, although i put the correct URL in the theme.co license panel.
Could you help me please?
