License Validation - Reassignment

Hi, I am getting this message when I’m trying to validate the license,

“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

How do I fix this as I only am using this license on 1 website.

Thanks for writing in.

Try to clear site and browser cache before adding again the API key, if still not helping, please share us the admin credentials where you want to add the code and the API key.

Don’t forget to set it in a secure note.

Hi Candace,

I am not sure what did you give us in the Secure Note. By admin credentials my colleague meant:

  1. WordPress admin URL
  2. WordPress Admin Username
  3. WordPress Admin Password

That way we can go to your website admin panel and try to validate the product for you.
