License validation not validate

I’ve problem with validate license. I add a key and sytem retunrs an ok license convalidate, but after refresh page the licnese is not convalidate. Studio12.it

I suggest that you deactivate all your plugins then try to revalidate again your website. If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Presently having the same error, and deactivating plugins does not rectify the issue. Switching themes and attempting to validate the Pro version of X also does not resolve the issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t work either.

– WP username
