License validation issue continues

Hi,

I am still having problems validating my X Theme license after my domain has now successfully transferred over.

I am still getting he same error:

Your license of X is not validated. Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account.

I have entered the code again but stilt does not validate.

I have been asked to enter my log in details in a secure note but do not know how to do this.

Please advise on both counts.
