Although I have two licenses I can only see one under my Licenses? I have revoked the license from www.mydomain… and want to use it on a different domain. Please assist. I can only see one license under my profile?

Thanks for providing the license.

I have checked and it is registered in another account. Do you happen to own the other account as well because that is possible and you might have just forgotten that you have registered it in a different account.

The account’s username is Flyt***k. Try to check your records and see if you can access the account and you can transfer the license to your main account.

You can do so by unlocking the license and registering it to your main account.
