Hello guys,
I get the message: “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.” when validating the theme.
I was able to validate it with Pro, but the website was blank and I kept getting http error 500. I have unistalled Wordpress and re-installed again so that I could install X which also seems to give me a blank website, http error 500 and unable to validate the license.
Where could the problem be?

Hi There,
Thanks for writing in! If your website is blank, most probably you’re getting a PHP fatal error. Please change the following line of code in your wp-config.php file to enable WP_DEBUG mode.
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
When you re-visit your website, you will see detailed error messages which will help you to identify the issue.

@mldarshana, unfortunately, I’m not technical. I have tried everything, including what you advised, asked a friend to help and the website is back but messy. Cornerstone refuse to install when I added the theme.

Hi There,
It seems your issue is that you don’t have Cornerstone plugin installed your site. It is a mandatory plugin for X and without that you cannot validate your site either.
To install Cornerstone plugin automatically for you, please head over to X -> Validation section and wait for few seconds. Then make sure to activate it through the WordPress plugins section. Also you can manually install the plugin by locating the plugin file from (X/framework/plugins/conrerstone.zip).
Once you install Cornerstone plugin, try to validate your site again and see if that helps.
If not, provide us with your WordPress credentials along with your FTP details to investigate this issue further. Make sure to submit those details using a secure note option below your posts.
