License Validated... then not

Hi,

I recently changed my PRO license location from an ip address to the domain name. When I input the license code in the WordPress settings, I get the message “Verifying License”, then “Congratulations, your site is now validated!”

After that, the box goes back to showing that the the license is not validated.

The Location in my ThemeCo settings matches the URL where the WordPress site exists. What else can I try to get this fixed?

Seems like a bug this morning. This is the third post I’ve seen about it, and I too am having this problem.

There’s an issue with our validation system a while ago. Please try validating again your website. If it doesn’t work still after that, please try the solutions given in License Troubleshooting article here https://theme.co/docs/problems-with-product-validation
