Hi, I have a X theme license that I successfully installed for my only site in Wordpress (on Bluehost), I played around with it then deactivated it so I could experiment with another editor. When I tried to reactivate X theme/cornersxone Cornerstone I got the message “This Cornerstone license is not validated. Fix.” I re-entered my license and got a message “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be a Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.” Happened repeatedly so I called Bluehost. They couldn’t make it work. What is going on?

Thanks for reaching out.
Your license is not a cornerstone license which is why you can’t validate your cornerstone with your license. Instead, please validate it with your theme at Admin > X > Validation.
I also checked the site in your account and it’s no longer using X theme so I can’t do initial issue regarding this. Please activate X theme again and try the validation.
