Hello, I want to transfer my license to a former client, but they cannot create an account without purchasing a license. I have unlocked the license from my account and will provide the license key in a private message, but judging by previous posts in the support forum, it seems that we cannot do that ourselves, but need your help to do this?

In most instances you can do this yourself. I can see that you’ve done the right already by unlocking the license in your account, so now your former client should be able to create an account using that license code. Ask them to go ahead and do that now, by going to https://theme.co/apex and following the instructions there, but we’ll be on hand in the event of any problem.
