Please note this was posted in the wrong forum, all Themeco related items should go into support if you require direct support from us, or in Peer to Peer if it’s to discuss Themeco products with the general user base. I’ve now moved this to support for you. :slight_smile:

Are you transferring the license to your username? So we can check who owns the license can you please attach in a secure note via a attachment or link, the purchase receipt from Envato for the license you are transferring. We can then get that done for you.

Apologies about the delay here, as noted above, when transferring licenses between users, we’ll need a copy of the purchase receipt from Envato to prove ownership, if you could upload that via Dropbox or similar and we can then get that done for you.
