License stays not validated

Hi there

I have validated my Pro licence for the live-website after migrating it from my developement server.

After I enter the pro license, it says validated. But then it says: " Your license of Pro is not validated …

What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thank you very much for your reply. Today I was able to update Pro. So I think, the license is now validated without doing anything
