License Showing As Not Validated On Staging Server

I have just noticed the following message at my staging site.

When I input the license code I have, the message reads

This is the license code I have and it says it was upgraded from.

Any ideas what the issue is, as the license code is correct, showing my site https://feastthailand.com under Location and http://wordpress-102462-558755.cloudwaysapps.com/x/#/content/13559/inspector under Staging.

If you could let me know what to do to have it validated, that would be great.

We’re sorry your site isn’t validating. This is something we’re currently investigating. If you don’t mind, would it be ok to login to your site to take a closer look? You can add login credentials in a Secure Note . This would help us investigate issues with the API, and I’d also be able to ensure your site is validated as soon as possible.

First of all, thank you for using our product as one of our loyal customers!

I went to the website you gave the info and logged in. Then checked the homepage of the website and copied the exact URL of the homepage from y browser address bar.

Then I went to your Themeco dashboard and change the staging input box URL with the one I just copied.

Finally, I went to WordPress Dashboard > Pro > Validation and pasted the license code there and it worked.

As a side note, please kindly do not add your purchase code publicly on the forum. I moved the code into the Secure Note.

Ah ok, so the URLs didn’t match exactly; that was the issue.
