Hello! I am an owner of several THMECO products, including X and Business+ (purchased just yesterday) themes. However neither license is shown under my account (and I still have a record and purchase numbers from Envato) and neither purchase number is recognized for registration. Return my money or sort out your overly protective “service”

I can see a Pro license in your account which was converted from a X license so this would be the license you are talking about. If you’ve bought more than 1 X license feel free to provide us with the purchase code in a secure note here so we can look it up.
