Hi there, I’m trying to update the X theme on our website and the license registration seems to be missing. I don’t have the name of the previous developer who purchased it for us. How can I get the license transferred? I can send the website information privately. -Thanks

Unfortunately we are unable to locate the license based on the information provided. But if the license was purchased by someone else, I’m sorry but we cannot move that to your account without their permission. You’ll need to get in touch with them and ask them to request the transfer.
