License of X is not validated and wont!

I have gone through every step and other forum on how to validate. What am I missing? I put the purchase code in and clicked enter and the screen goes blank.

By not validating, its not allowing Cornerstone to update either.

Hello Katelyn,

Thanks for writing in! You are experiencing the issue because you are using a way older version of Cornerstone. I have logged in to your site and I went to the plugins section. You have Cornerstone 1.3.3. So I temporarily deactivated Cornerstone and delete it totally. I went back to X > Validation and a message at the top asks permission to install the bundled Cornerstone version in the theme. I simply clicked the install link and the Cornerstone version bundled in the theme is installed. I have proceed to the validation process as well.

Please check your site now.

  • Can you please update to the latest versions? Our latest versions are:
    X theme 7.1.2
    Cornerstone 4.1.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
