License not working on staging?

Hi,

I have purchased countless themes on themeforest and this is the first time I am facing this issue.

I’ve created a staging version of my website and it says license not valid. If I try to validate it, it says that it’s already used.

I know its already used in prod version of my website.

Why is this error happening?

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that before you can validate your staging site, you must assign the staging URL to your license code first. Please go to your APEX licenses page and then make sure that the staging URL is assigned to the license code.
