License not working, doesn't appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license

Hi, I am trying to enter the license to a mulitisite, but it does not work. Just says it’s not a themeco license, but it is for sure. Tried with two different ones, and changed it correctly in apex.

This is the message:
