I have purchased 2 X licenses from envato, see all pdf files containing license information in Envato, but when logging in to apex I see only one.
When I try to register missing licenses, I get the following error:
Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.

Thank you for a very detailed information. I have checked the license an it already existed. It is asociate with a username and email address shown in the secure note.
You might need to login using the given username.
