License not validating xtheme dev site

HI there,

On my development site, license is not working. It says, "congratulations your site is validated, then directly underneath it asks for license again. Please see picture.

I’ve tried it 3 times

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out!

I suggest that you deactivate all your plugins then try to revalidate again your website. If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
