I have both a regular X theme license and an X Pro theme license, yet when I enter the codes in order to validate Cornerstone, it tells me it doesn’t recognize the codes as valid. Please advise. Thanks

Your X Licesne can validate X Only and PRO license can validate PRO Theme Only.
First step is to add your URL to your Apex licenses page
https://theme.co/apex/licenses
Once you do that you can go to WP Admin > X or WP Admin > PRO and enter the license number.
Pro does not need or will accept Cornerstone since it has it´s own builder built in.
If X is installed correctly on wp-content/themes/x and not wp-content/themes/x2 or wp-content/themes/x/x
