License missing

I purchased another license today but it is not showing in my account. I did not receive a confirmation email from you, only from PayPal.

Thanks for writing in! You can find the license code in your ThemeForest downloads section. You should find the license code and add it in your APEX account licenses page (https://theme.co/apex/licenses).

That is what I am saying. It is not there. Only the first license I purchased years ago.

Did you purchase it through ThemeForest? Please contact the support of ThemeForest. They should be able to check your account.

We can only check a license if you purchased Pro theme. X theme purchases were managed by ThemeForest.
