License Key won't validate

Hi,

I try entering my key and pressing enter (from wp-admin) to validate the theme, but it does nothing. Will not validate. Support a while ago told me I can manage the license from my them.co account, so I went into that and added the site to the license and saved. It shows the site belonging to the license, but updates within Wordpress dashboard still will not work. And in wp-admin it still says the site is not validated.
