There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues are related to the Product Validation
- Location Issues
- Communication Error Messages
In your case it might be the location with the slash is the reason, I would suggest you remove the slash and check once if Automatic update comes.
If none of the above helps, and you are still getting the issue on validation, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
