License issue please help

One of my sites that was valid is no longer valid.
The license is not being used anywhere else.
I keep getting this
Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.
Which makes no sense because I haven’t used this code anywhere else.

Please use the correct URL for location http://www.ricardolamas.com/ instead of just ricardolamas.com.

Having this same issue and nothing helps, including renaming like this. I dont have a revoke license button either.

Just updated the link still getting the same issue.
FYI this is serious for me because it is a pro athlete site and I need to update it like today.

To better help with your concern, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
