License issue after manual updated

Manually updated x to 9.08 v threw FTP server., couldn’t auto update.
Now says cornerstone is not validated input code.
Inputted item purchase code and get Uh oh , we couldn’t check if this license was valid. [Details.]

Hello Bob,

Thanks for writing in! If you have validated the X theme, the Cornerstone plugin will not ask you to validate it. If in case, you have renamed the x folder in your theme’s folder like {/wp-content/themes/new-x-folder-name/} then Cornerstone plugin will become a standalone plugin and ask you to validate it. You cannot use the X theme license code to validate the Cornerstone plugin. You will need a separate license code for that.

Can you please share the URL of you site or at least allow us to log in to your WP dashboard so that we can check your site settings? You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
