Thanks for writing in!
You can log in to your Themeco account and on your licenses page, find the license code and unlock it. Once it is unlocked, your client can create a Themeco account using that license code. This is also how the license will be removed from your account and get transferred to the client’s Themeco account.

In my clients current account there is no place for me to add the license.

Once the license code is unlocked on your account, you can tell your client to add the license code to his/her account by following the steps below.

If there are no other license key on your client account, that option will not work. That being said, you need to tell you client to create a new account using the license key.

I would like to inform you that your support period has already expired. Support is included for 12 months from the time of purchase (6 months if purchased from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon), and you can extend it for 6 months or 12 months. You’ll save 25% by extending for 12 months. It will renew at the end of the term, and you can cancel at any time from within your account. You can also renew your support period by purchasing a new Pro Single or Pro Unlimited license. These are both one-time charges.
NOTE: You can ask your customer to create a new account and use the license key while registering.

I am not asking for support with Pro. The license was transferred by mistake as I was logged into another account in another window. All I need is to get the license transferred back.

If you have unlocked the license and created a new account with that license, it will be automatically transferred to that account.
