I have a valid X theme licesense I’ve been using for 3 months. Yesterday I changed the admin of my site and when I log in thhis morning my X theme wasn’t valid. Any time I enter purchase code it comes back as this is not a cornerstone or envato code.
As I thought it was because of the change of the site’s email I had transfered the license to this new account to match the email but this has not resolved it.

Did you transferred the licence from current account to another account and then rolled back? In your case I would like to take a look at the website setup. I have changed the website and can see you are using latest version of X Theme and Cornerstone.
