I have valid license for X-Theme, but fails when trying to set up. I am behind corporate firewall, but do not believe this prohibited install last year. Any ideas on how to re-register? Thanks very much.

I checked the licence manager and over there I see you have Pro Theme licence, not X Theme. Please note that you can’t validate a X Theme setup using Pro Theme licence. In Order to validate X Theme, you will have purchase a separate licence for X Theme from Themeforest.
