Licene problem

Hi,

I’ve purchased Pro Unlimited and it has been working splendidly with many sites. Now I’m having some trouble validating the license on a new site. The site is a subdirectory in an existing site I use with pro, which I suppose might cause problems.

The error message I get is:
cURL error 60: Peer’s Certificate issuer is not recognized.

The url for the wordpress installation is

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: The error message shows the issue is realted to the CURL, I would also suggest you contact your Hosting Service provider on this.
