i have tried to get my licence to validate but it will not can you fix please there is not error message and i have read all the forum list on it so where to now and do i do to fix it

Would you sharing your admin credential with the website your having an issue validating the license code? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Hi Lillian,

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues are related to the Product Validation.

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

I went ahead and tried to check through the WordPress admin, but unfortunately, the given credentials do not work. I would suggest you reshare it after checking the above points.

it seems that you were having location issues.

I went ahead and revalidate your “My Blog” site. The Pro theme is now validated successfully.
