Licence will not revoke

Hello Support.

I cannot seem to revoke my license as I am trying to use it to build a new site, all previous sites are now inactive and I need my licence to be operational for the new site, can you please help.

Hello Marcel,

Please double check if you are doing the following steps in Revoking a licenses:

Revoke the license in the X Admin Page

If you are not seeing the revoke validation option on the top of the page, try scrolling to the most bottom part of the page.

Update the domain attached to the license

In case you already done the steps above but you are still not able to revoke the license, please provide us further information on what error you are getting so that we can provide some more suggestion.
