Licence validation issue

hello,

i am facing a licence validation issue.

i have a site which was multisite before, i have cloned it via duplicator pro and make it to a singe installation.
when adding this site to the pro unlimted (new licence number + download theme)

after entering the new licence it says all the time “congratulation your site is now validated” then the page loaded new and it says “not valid”.

i have also deactived the caching and deleted the licence and created a new one with donwloading again the fitting pro installation. also creating the permalink new.

a my site is on pro 5.x i have downloaded the latest 5.1.5 – after validation i want to upgrade to 6.1.10 (as i have the feeling it is better do to it so for the conversion that uploading the 6.x version)

can you please fix this?

now after 4 hours i was able to validate the licence. i had this in the past also on another project. is there maybe a licence server interval of 4 hours?

Hello @oblaum,

There is no license server interval. You can even revoke and revalidate the theme with no issue. What may have happened could be a location issue or an incorrect license code has been inserted. There are times that empty space is included when you copied and pasted the license code.
