Hi, I only bought X yesterday and I’m struggling!! I’m working locally, and I’m getting: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.” - I can find where to change it on the licensing page but… I have no idea how this has happened and what I need to change it to!!! Hope you can help
Thanks
Hello Jane,
Please check it here:
https://theme.co/apex/licenses
Please make sure that the local URL you have matched the URL you assigned to the license:
Please also make sure that you have X activated on your site and validating through the X panel since you have an X license.
Hope this helps.
Hi, sorry that’s not it - I know I’ve got a licence it’s just that the site I’m working on (and I only have one) is saying Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account. and I don’t know how to fix this. Thanks
Hi, is this thread still live…??? Can I please get some personalised help…? - I’ve sent a couple of secure notes already…
Hi Jane,
Sorry for the delay, I have checked your license and it has not used on another site. So the error Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site simply means the site URL you associated on your license (http://127.0.0.1/wordpress/) is not the real URL of your site, please navigate to Settings > General and see if the WordPress Address and Site Address is the same URL you set on licenses page.
On your licenses page, try changing the http://127.0.0.1/wordpress/ to http://localhost/wordpress or just http://localhost. If none of that works please set up a virtual host, I don’t know what local server you’re using but here’s a documentation for XAMPP, this will allow you to have a real URL in your localhost.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!
