I need to revoke an xtheme license and reassign it . How is that actually achieved - thanks to anyone in advance, sorry for the stupid question

Hi There,
Go to your website > Wp Admin > X and revoke the license.
Visit your Apex License Page and remove the URL and add a new one or the old one again.
