Licence problem | pro unlimited

hello,

i have a new project. it is a clone from another project of mine.
so i added it as a new site in the account manager as a new licence plus downloaded the theme again with this new licence.

after entering it confimed the validation. but then says it is not valid.
i have also tried a fresh wordpress clean and empty install – with the same problem.

Thanks for writing to us.

It generally happens due to the cache or the hosting server not responding properly. I would suggest you must purge all the cache and browser cache. You may need to reset the permalink to plain and then set it to post name. Glad that things are well for you at the moment. Please feel free to open a new thread if you have any more concerns.

i had cleared all caches. also had rebuild the permalink, but not to plain and back. so it must be this or a server issue.
